HB1205 relative to women’s school sports

This bill requires schools to designate athletics by sex and prohibits biological males from participating in female athletics. This bill further creates various causes of action based on violations of the provisions in the bill.

You may also attend in person at Legislative Office Building 205-207 and provide testimony. You can obtain a blue slip for a non-verbal display of support, or a pink slip to present testimony (remember to keep it concise and original, avoiding repetition of previous statements. Alternatively, you can simply express “I support this bill” and conclude your testimony. If you wish, you may also bring copies of your testimony to distribute to the committee.
