Call for Bakers: Newport Apple Pie Festival Needs You!

Do you love to bake? Do your friends and family rave about your apple pie? Here’s your chance to show off your skills for a great cause!

We’re putting out the official call for apple pie bakers to help make the Newport Apple Pie Festival on Saturday, August 23rd a delicious success. Whether it’s classic double-crust, Dutch-style crumb top, caramel apple, or even a creative twist on the classic, all types of apple pies are welcome. Other varieties of fruit pies are also accepted and appreciated!

Here’s how you can help:

If you’re willing to donate one or more pies, please contact Michael Aron with the following details:

• Contact information (phone or email)
• Number of pies you plan to donate

Michael will also have pie tins and boxes available for bakers in the coming weeks, so if you need supplies, just let him know.

Pie Drop-off:

• Friday, August 22nd
• Early morning on Saturday, August 23rd
