Sullivan County Democrats want more tax money from you

District 2 – Sunapee Croydon candidate Sue Gottling said at a League of Women Voters forum on October 25 in Sunapee that she would support one “targeted at education”, even though in NH there is no way to do that without a Constitutional Amendment

District 3 – Claremont ward 1 candidate Allison Zito won’t say whether she agrees with the majority of her party here.

District 4 – Claremont Ward 2 candidate Larry Converse wants to tax your income, and reinstate the disastrous LLC small business tax that was repealed in 2011.  – http://www.lfda.org/candidate/larry-converse

District 7 – Acworth, Goshen, Langdon, Lempster, and Washington candidate Melanie Bell won’t say whether she agrees with the majority of her party here.

District 8 – Charlestown candidate Kendra Yakovleff won’t say whether she agrees with the majority of her party here.

District 9 – Cornish, Croydon, Grantham, Newport, Plainfield, Springfield, Sunapee and Unity candidate Linda Tanner at the same forum ducked the question by responding “not at this time”.  So… not right now, but maybe next January… after the election? District 10 – Claremont city-wide candidate John Cloutier said that he doesn’t know if he supports an income tax. That is shocking considering his lengthy legislative experience in the NH House (14 years wasn’t long enough for him to make a decision?).   Since he votes with his party 96% of the time though, you can form your own conclusion about what his vote would be. http://www.lfda.org/candidate/john-cloutier
