State finds Derry town moderator violated election law during September primary

A Democrat candidate for State Representative refused to appoint a temporary moderator, and in a stunning display of disrespect for our state and laws, states that she disagrees with the Secretary of State Gardner…. amazing.

“After receiving the complaints, a review of procedures Till employed during the election was conducted and Gardner said his office “determined many actions taken are not permitted by New Hampshire law and serve to undermine confidence in the election process.”

“Gardner also wrote in his letter to Till that there were other violations involving failure to identify a central polling place; how the ballots were delivered; and the handling of ballots.”

With the Democratic Party spending so much effort accusing Donald Trump of undermining the electoral process by talking about voter fraud, will they go after Mary Till  just as hard?  Of course not… because they have made it clear that rules do not apply to them.
